Purchase an Extra Seat or Purchase a Renewal Certificate. This allows you to use an existing FAFA CD ROM and earn a certificate

You must already own and have access to an existing FAFA CD ROM. No CD ROM will be issued with this order.
If you wish to take a Renewal Certificate but no longer have a FAFA CD ROM, please send an email including the following information: date of birth (mm,dd,yy) and which product you wish to enrol in: 1) Lay Rescuer CPR, 2) AED iwth Adult CPR, 3) Healthcare Professional BLS and CPR. To add an Extra Seat or Renewal Seat to an existing CD ROM, you must go through 3 steps:
Step 1: Enter your Key Code (This is the number on the back of your FAFA CD ROM).
Step 2: Select the quantity you wish to purchase.
Step 3: Check out and provide FAFA with your credit card details.
NOTE: If you took your last training course before July 2006, then you need a new CD ROM to cover the new AHA Guidelines.
